Good, until the shipping issue cam along... I've been waiting for my dress for 2 weeks.... by Anonymous, 5/19/2004 I really liked this company up until the other day... I made a a full payment through the phone with a representative that I've been dealing with their since December and all of a sudden they don't answer their phones, return e-mails, return calls.... I've sent them faxes and called repeated numbers of times and no answer from them. i was told that the dress would arrive Monday but it is now Wednesday and I have received nothing from them... not even a phone call.... their phone lines are just a machine that answers and then it automatically asks you to leave a message... No matter at what time of the day you call... whether it be morning or night... This company has a problem with communication.... Hopefully they can settle this and send me my dress which is paid in full.... Can i recommend this company i don't know yet... But I would suggest they fix their phones!!!! |
