My experience was horrible do not was your money .. go elsewhere! by Rose, 4/21/2004 The manager is named Chris and she is rude and very short with customers. My husband to be purchased a blusher instead of a veil for me and they refused to apply the balance of what he spent toward my other accessories. They stated that they do not allow any money to be applied to your balance, however this is not told to you before hand. They will only state that all sales are final and ask for your signature. So, brides beware do not spend more than you have to take your business for accessories elsewhere and you will find that you will save alot of money and hassle in the long run. Moreover, the manager Chris had the nerve to state that she had placed a RED flag on my account so that I could not pay with a check. Apparently, she has been in the business for a long time now and knows all the games that "us" brides play when it comes to having to purchase unneccessary items before you can pick up your dress. By the way one last reminder your DRESS is held hostage whether it is paid off or not if you do not pay for the remainder of any or all accessories..
