good service until i handed over money. dont recommend this store to my worst enemy. by Anonymous, 6/1/2004 The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. the service was wonderfull until i handed over my money and paid my deposit. after that, the staff were impolite and did not seem to care much about service as they already had the sale. I was also disapointed to find the identical dress i had purchased from Kianna's in another store for hundreds of dollars less than i had paid. Generally i would not reccomend this store unless just browsing and trying different styles on. as for purchasing at Kianna's i would veer to another store to get the service you all so truly deserve, i made the mistake the hard way, dont do the same. |
